CUSTOM MIXING

Infinity Rubber offers its customers world-class quality rubber custom mixing in both black & color compounds. With three dedicated mixing lines, Infinity Rubber’s primary goal is to provide its customers with the highest quality compound, on time and at competitive prices.

Using state of the art technology and a trained team of personnel, Infinity Rubber can tailor its services to all our customers no matter how large, small or complicated the order.

Through our computer integrated manufacturing process, Infinity Rubber monitors production of materials at each phase of the mixing process. This enables our team to ensure that the mixing specifications have been followed every step of the way.

CALENDERING &
SLITTING SERVICES

Infinity Rubber can proudly meet your Calender sheet requirements. Coating
fabrics with our compounds specifically designed for maximum adhesion, or your
own proven formula.

Unsupported sheet can be supplied from one sixty-fourth to one inch thick
(1/64” to 1”) by one inch to sixty inches wide (1” to 60”). Calender goods are
available in a wide range of polymers, colors and specifications. Infinity Rubber
also provides a series of proven protective linings, for hand lay-up applications.

Infinity Rubber Calendering and Slitting Services feature:

  • State of the Art four roll Calender
  • Supported and Unsupported Calendering
  • Gauges available from 0.015” to 1”
  • Widths available from 1“ to 60”

Infinity Rubber’s ability to do profile extrusion on a laboratory scale will help to reduce or eliminate the need for trial production runs and die developments. Our technical team’s ability to supply smaller lab mixed samples have proven invaluable to our customers in the development of new products and molds.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Infinity Rubber has the knowledge, people, packaging and logistics required to
prepare our customer’s shipments and ensure safe transit and on time delivery.
Packaging options offers a full range of returnable baskets, reinforced/strapped
cardboard, plastic pallets and wire cages.

Special packaging can be arranged for long distance or delicate stocks to avoid
deformation. Small easy to handle coils for Calender goods can also be supplied
to fit your manufacturing needs.
